What I Offer

I take a holistic approach to therapy, blending relational gestalt, depth psychology, and somatic healing practices. My work is rooted in a person-centered approach, encouraging a space where you can learn to listen to the language of your body and integrate it with your thoughts and emotions.

Together, we’ll explore the deep connections between your inner world and your lived experiences, uncovering pathways for healing and growth so you can move forward with greater clarity and authenticity.

Hakomi is a style of somatic therapy (you might be familiar with related modalities like Somatic Experiencing) that taps into the mind-body connection to gently access memories & insights that lie just out of reach.

Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychology

Popularized by Internal Family Systems (IFS), parts work is based on the understanding that we exist in multitudes. Sometimes, our psyche has conflicting needs. Reconciling these parts can support in finding insights & inner-harmony.

Parts Work

Depth work uncovers the underlying beliefs and patterns that lie below our conscious understanding. Through a trauma-sensitive lens, we acknowledge the unknown. Above all, we go slow to go fast. Through trust-building and gentle inquiry, the goal is to access the deeper well that lies within the psyche.
